As consumers`needs for shopping stores are more and more diversified in the rapidly changing distribution environment, it is deemed important to research into the factors affecting consumer satisfaction and thereby, provide for some data useful to marketing activities of large-scale discount stores to keep and increase their customers. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting consumer satisfaction and analyze the effects of consumer satisfaction on their re-purchasing. For this purpose, the researcher reviewed preceding studies as well as the theories about customer satisfaction factors, their re-purchasing intention and conditions of large-scale discount stores and thereupon, designed a questionnaire to survey discount store customers and then, analyzed the results of the survey empirically.
